The T-shirt is the official merch of the Anna Kakhiani's exhibition "Hug me with words, or maybe not" and is a literal visualization of a forced, fixed smile as a reactive mask to the society's request to be positive in any situation. The denial of traumatic situations and wars as a sensitive content, the dogmatization of Eastern European scowl and the prohibition of negative emotions in society make us pretend most of the time.
